Tumbler

Where to start? This tumbler was dipped in a glaze, then Mark made a few finger swipes to reveal the salt glaze during the firing, added white slip trailing (raised so you can feel it when you hold it in your hand) with melted blue glass runs and yellow dots. This really is a spectacular decoration that gets even more interesting as you turn it all around.

We use these as drinking tumblers (our option instead of water glasses) and they double very nicely as a handy vase.
