Tall Tumbler or Vase
Tall tumbler or vase with salt glaze, white and brown stems, abstract yellow and melted blue glass 'blooms.' Mark uses one of these as a drinking tumbler, but it doubles very nicely as a useful vase. He calls it an Iced Tea Ceremony Vessel.
Here's Mark on the origin of this shape. "Tea drinking has fueled pottery making across the globe. Bowls for the Japanese Tea Ceremony, teacups and saucers for English tea-time and mugs, common in many places, are easy examples. Here in the South (of the US) iced tea is a favorite drink, so I created these tall tumblers to drink from - or Iced Tea Ceremony Vessels as I like to call them."
