Mug

Rich brown salt glaze mug with white slip decoration, melted blue glass runs and golden ash glaze rim. The front side faced the fire box, and you can see melted ash and the ash glaze of the rim melting onto the shoulder of the mug. The back side is much quieter, cool, calm and collected. These are the unique results that makes it so exciting to wood fire to high temperatures.

We call these barrel mugs, and they are a joy to hold and to use.
