Where to start? This exciting large pitcher was dipped in a glaze, then Mark wiped away some sections so the salt glaze would be revealed after the firing. He added some lively dots and blue glass that melted to lovely drips. The neck is a greenish granite glaze that also melted onto the shoulder in places and the back which didn't get as hot turned a lovely russet color. It's truly one of a kind and wonderful!

Mark calls this a half gallon pitcher, but it actually holds close to a gallon if you fill it up. But it is so light and well-balanced I can still lift it easily!
